Peter Outerbridge is a Canadian actor. His acting career started in the early 1990s, debuting in an episode of 21 Jump Street. His first recurring role was as Jeff Hartley in the ABC series The Commish. Later in 1993, he made his film debut in Paris, France. He went on to appear in the films Cool Runnings, Replikator, The Michelle Apts., Kissed, and Better Than Chocolate.
He then starred as John Manning in the TV series Michael Hayes, as well as played Special Agent Barry Baldwin in Millennium. In the 2000s, the actor had recurring parts in The D.A. and Whistler. He also became known for his role as David Sandstrom in the Canadian series ReGenesis. In the 2010s, he played Ari Tasarov in Nikita, Bob Corbett in Bomb Girls, Henrik Johanssen in Orphan Black, and Charlie Langdon in Designated Survivor. He also played Capt. Martens in The Expanse and The Conductor in The Umbrella Academy.
