Biography:

Preeti Jhangiani was born on August 18, 1980 in Mumbai, India. Her acting started with her debut in the 1999 Malayalam film Mazhavillu. That same year, she appeared in her first Tamil movie called Hello.

She went on to make her debut in Telugu cinema with the picture Thammudu, as well as her Bollywood debut with Mohabbatein in 2000. The following year, she starred in two more Telugu movies – Narasimha Naidu and Adhipathi.

She then became prolific in appearing in Hindi features including Na Tum Jaano Na Hum, Awara Paagal Deewana, Waah! Tera Kya Kehna, Baaz: A Bird in Danger and LOC Kargil, among others.
