Biography:

Rachel Shenton was born on 21 December 1987 in Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire. She made her acting debut in 2004 as she appeared in a short film. The following year, she made her television debut in an episode of Holby City. During that same year, she made her film debut in Xlitherman. After this, she appeared in three episodes of Waterloo Road.

She went on to make guest appearances on the TV shows Doctors, Sophia’s Dairy, and Genie in the House. From 2010 to 2013, she starred as Mitzeee Minniver on the British show Hollyoaks. After her role on the show ended, she starred as Lily Summers on the US series Switched at Birth, gaining her further recognition as a TV actress.
