Biography:

Raoul Bova was born on August 14, 1971 Rome, Lazio, Italy. He joined the Italian army when he was 21 and did his military duty in the Bersaglieri (sharpshooters) corps.

He attended the school Beatrice Bracco in Rome and also studied acting with Michael Margotta. He then made his acting debut in 1992 when he appeared in the TV series Una Storia italiana.

He made his Hollywood debut in the 2002 film Avenging Angelo, and has appeared in other films including Under the Tuscan Sun, Alien vs. Predator, and The Tourist, starring Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie.
