British-American star Rebecca Hall got her career start in the 1990s on television. She made her debut in the TV film The Camomile Lawn in 1992. She didn’t act continuously after that and only returned in 2006 with roles in the films Starter for 10 and The Prestige. For the latter, she was nominated for the British Newcomer of the Year at the London Film Critics Circle Award. Her role in Woody Allen’s Vicky Cristina Barcelona earned her a Golden Globe nomination for Best Actress.
At the same time, she starred in the film Frost/Nixon. In the 2010s, she starred in the films The Town, The Awakening, and played Maya Hansen in Iron Man 3. She later starred in the films The Gift and Christine. Her portrayal of the titular character in the latter earned her acclaim. More recently, she had starring roles in the features The Dinner, Professor Marston and the Wonder Women, and Permission. She will star in the upcoming movie Holmes and Watson.
The 36-year-old actress stays in shape by eating well. She concentrates on having a clean diet plan not just to maintain her slender body but to also sustain her overall health and well-being. In an interview, the acclaimed actress talked about her eating habits and her favorite foods.
In the morning, Rebecca always starts her day with coffee. “I’d wake up to the sound of fresh coffee beans being ground,” she said. For breakfast, her ideal food would be: “This would be German mestemacher bread toasted in olive oil, sliced avocado, a fried egg and Sriracha.”
For lunch, she loves having a huge salad with lots of kale and some grilled chicken for proteins. She likes her meals balanced, of course. For dinner, she would love to have some “lemon fettuccine and sous vide steak that guarantees a blissed out food coma.”
