Rebecca Mader was born on April 24, 1977 in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, England, UK. She started her career as a model in New York, appearing in ad campaigns for such brands as L’Oréal, Colgate and Wella Hair.

In 2000, she made her television debut with an episode of the series Madigan Men. She then became known for her role as Morgan Gordon in the television drama All My Children.

She also gained notice for her recurring roles as Alden Tuller in the television series Justice and as Charlotte Lewis in the critically-acclaimed series Lost.
