Biography:

Rena Sofer was born on December 2, 1968 in Arcadia, California. She was discovered by a New York talent agent when she was 15. She then appeared in Another World for a bit of time.

In 1988, she had her first high profile role as Rocky McKenzie in the daytime soap opera Loving, a role she played until 1991. She also became known for her role as Lois Cerullo in General Hospital, which she played from 1993 to 1996.

She has since appeared in films such as Keeping the Faith, A Stranger Among Us, The Secret of Hidden Lake, and the 2002 remake of Carrie.
