He also had performances in the films Cold Mountain, Doom, Munich, The Black Dahlia, Hannibal Rising, and Halloween II. He also played Joe Chill in Batman Begins. In the 2010s, he landed roles in the movies Water for Elephants, The Numbers Station, Thor: The Dark World, and Spy, among others. He also played the Night King in Season 5 and Season 6 of Game of Thrones. He recently played Conrad Harlow in Absentia and Earl Frost in The Royals.
