Biography:

Ryan Reynolds was born on October 23, 1976 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. He started his career in 1990 when he appeared in the Canadian soap Hillside.

In 1996, he co-starred with Melissa Joan Hart in the television film Sabrina the Teenage Witch. As an adult, he starred in the 2002 film National Lampoon’s Van Wilder.

He has since appeared in other comedy films such as Waiting…, Just Friends, Definitely, Maybe, The Proposal and Adventureland.

He segued from his usual comedic roles to his more action-figure role in the 2004 film Blade: Trinity and in the 2005 remake of the horror film The Amityville Horror.
