Samir Kochhar is an Indian actor. He started his career in 2003, appearing in the travel show Haath Se Haath Mila. Later in 2005, he made his cinematic debut in the film Zeher. He later had roles in the films Ek Se Mera Kya Hoga and Jannat before making his Telugu debut in Chintakayala Ravi. In the 2010s, he became more prolific as a film actor. During this period, he appeared in the movies Chase, Dangerous Ishhq, and Housefull 3. He also hosted Survivor India in 2012. From 2012 to 2014, he starred in the soap opera Bade Achhe Lagte Hain. More recently, he had performances in the Tamil films Charlie Chaplin 2 and Adho Andha Paravai Pola.
