Biography:

Sammi Hanratty was born on September 20, 1995 in Scottsdale, Arizona, USA. She and her family relocated to Los Angeles at age two. It was there that she pursued acting later on. She made her debut when she was around 10, appearing in an episode of Passions. She next made uncredited roles in the films Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest and The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause.

On television, her first recurring role was as Jen Gerhardt in The Unit. Afterward, she also played Holly in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody. After this, she appeared as Young Charlotte “Chuck” Charles in Pushing Daisies. During this period, her film career also took off. She had roles in the movies Boogeyman 2, Hero Wanted, An American Girl: Chrissa Stands Strong, Finding Bliss, and A Christmas Carol. In the 2010s, she played Gretel in Jack and the Beanstalk.
