She said in an interview: “I am a big time foodie and I personally don’t follow any kind of diet.” She’s a foodie but she mostly eats nutritious foods. She basically stays away from processed and junk foods since they’re packed with carbs and refined sugar. To keep herself healthy, she focuses on eating whole foods, or those that underwent little to no processing.
More recently, she also became candid about her weight loss and how she managed to do it. She said: “I have reduced 6kgs in three months and I feel so healthy. I was never a skinny girl and was tinkering with the idea of knocking off some weight to get fitter. I did not starve myself or went on some extreme diet to lose those extra pounds. I just changed my eating habits like I started having lots of fruits and vegetables in my diet. I completely avoided rice and breads.”
