The 28-year-old actress maintains her health and fitness by sticking to a healthy diet. She admits that it wasn’t always the case though. When she was younger, she was fond of fast food. She was into processed food where it was part of her diet most of the time. That all changed when she became more aware of how junk foods can harm her body and her overall health. She then understood the importance of a healthy diet that mainly consists of nutritious foods. She said in an interview:
“I used to eat fast food when I was younger, like all the time. I actually got introduced to The Juice in Atwater Village. They have really healthy snacks and really healthy juices. The owner is a really good friend of mine, and she actually inspired me to eat healthier. I like to go to the farmer’s markets and get my vegetables. I’m trying to learn how to cook. I’m obsessed with Food Network right now.”
