Shane Harper was born on February 14, 1993 in La Jolla, California, United States. He first landed minor roles as a principal dancer in multiple shows such and films such as High School Musical 2, Re-Animated and Dance Revolution.

His career as a dancer became more prolific after getting hired as the lead dancer in Nickelodeon’s Dance on Sunset. In 2010, he landed minor roles in the films My Name Is Khan and Flipped.

On television, he appeared in such TV shows as Zoey 101, Wizards of Waverly Place, So Random!, Awkward, and became known for his role as Spencer Walsh in Good Luck Charlie.
