Biography:

Sharni Vinson was born on July 22, 1983 in Sydney, Australia. Her career started when she starred as Cassie Turner in the Australian soap Home and Away from 2004 to 2008.

She left the series and moved to the US to further pursue a career in acting where she first landed a guest spot in the television series My Boys in 2008. That same year, she appeared in CSI:NY as Lori Mandel.

She went on to venture into film where she gained notice for her roles in such movies as Step Up 3D, Blue Crush 2, No Man’s Land, Bait 3D, and You’re Next.
