It was in 2002 that Indian star Sherlyn Chopra had her career beginnings. This was when she appeared in the Telugu film Vendi Mabbu. Sherlyn Chopra maintains her health and fitness by being cautious of what she eats. This means she makes sure that she eats nutritious foods most of the time. She generally avoids eating processed and junk foods. When asked what her secret is to staying slender and fit, she said: “I have no secret to staying fit. I just consciously choose everyday to eat healthy food.” The actress also doesn’t believe in crash dieting or any other kinds of fat diets.
She said that these ways can just damage the body and your overall well-being in the long run. She knows that whatever diet you’re doing, if you’re not making the necessary lifestyle changes, staying fit and healthy just can’t happen. Talking about her usual eating habits, she revealed: “My regular diet mostly comprises of high protein and adequate carbohydrates. I enjoy eating fresh fruits, salads, lean protein, leafy vegetables, brown rice/brown bread and eggless cakes.”
