Indian actress Shruti Haasan had her career beginnings as a child performer. She debuted in the 2000 film Hey Ram, which his father Kamal Haasan directed. She pursued acting as an adult with the 2009 film Bollywood film Luck. In the 2010s, she garnered popularity for her starring role in the Telugu romantic comedy Oh My Friend. She has earned nominations for Filmfare Award for Best Female Playback Singer for singing “Kannazhaga Kaalazhaga” in 3 and “Yeandi Yeandi” in Puli.
