Siddharth is an Indian actor. He mostly stars in Tamil and Telugu films. He started his career in the 2000s, first appearing as an extra in the film Kannathil Muthamittal. In 2003, he debuted in the Tamil film Boys, which got him the ITFA Best New Actor Award. He later starred in the movie Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, which won him the Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Telugu. In 2006, he made his writing debut with the film Chukkallo Chandrudu.

The actor gained further recognition for his performance in the Bollywood film Rang De Basanti. He received Best Male Debut and Best Supporting Actor nominations at the Filmfare Awards for his role in the movie. In the following years, Siddharth mostly starred in Telugu movies. Later in 2014, he was acclaimed for his roles in the Tamil films Jigarthanda and Kaaviya Thalaivan. He also pursued a career in Malayalam cinema, starring in 2018’s Kammara Sambhavam.
