Biography:

Sonali Bendre was born on January 1, 1975 in Bombay, India. She began her career as a model and was selected for the “Star Dust Talent Search”, for which she got invited to Mumbai where she received training from top actors.

In 1994, she made her film debut in Aag. Two years later, she starred in Diljale and received widespread acclaim for her performance. She went on to receive more roles in such films as Sarfarosh, Duplicate, and Hum Saath-Saath Hain: We Stand United.

She then starred in the 2000 film Hamara Dil Aapke Paas Hai, for which she received a Star Screen Award for Best Supporting Actress.
