Biography:

Soniya Mehra was born on December 2, 1988 in Mumbai, India. She studied at The Mombasa Academy in Mombasa, Kenya and completed her education in London. She started taking acting lessons at an early age of eight.

At age 17, she moved to Bombay and enrolled at Anupam Kher’s 3-month course. In 2007, at age 19, she made her acting debut in the 2007 Bollywood film Victoria No. 203, a remake of the 1972 classic movie.

She took a hiatus in acting and made a comeback in 2010 with the feature film Basra. The following year, she starred as Anusha in Ek Main Aur Ekk Tu.
