Biography:

Sophie Skelton was born on 7 March 1994 in Woodford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. She trained ballet at the Royal Academy. She later transitioned to musical theater and stage productions, leading her to pursue acting. In 2012, she made her screen debut with a two-episode role on DCI Banks. She later had guest appearances on The Dumping Ground, Waterloo Road, Doctors, and Foyle’s War.

In 2014, she made her first film role in The War I Knew. She gained recognition recently after landing the role of Brianna Randall Fraser in the Starz series Outlander.
