Stephen McHattie is a Canadian actor whose career started in the 1970s. Throughout his career, McHattie has worked in over 200 films and TV shows. His first starring role was in the NBC miniseries Centennial in 1978. In the ’80s, he starred in Beauty and the Beast, as well as starred in the films Death Valley and Salvation!, among others. During the ’90s, the actor had roles in the movies Beverly Hills Cop III, Art Deco Detective, and The Climb. He went on to have performances in Secretary, A History of Violence, The Fountain, The Covenant, Shoot ‘Em Up, and Watchmen. On TV, he’s best known for starring as Sgt. Frank Coscarella in Cold Squad and President Carrington in XIII: The Series. Some of his most recent work in the movies include Mother!, Crown and Anchor, and Come to Daddy.
