Biography:

Summer Bishil was born on July 17, 1988 in Pasadena, California. She and her family relocated to Saudi Arabia when she was three years old, later moving to Bahrain. The family returned to California in 2002.

She started taking acting lessons at the age of 14. In 2006, she starred as Stacey in the Nickelodeon series Just for Kicks. Her breakthrough came in 2006 playing the role of Jasira Maroun in Allan Ball’s Towelhead.

She has since appeared in such films as Crossing Over, Mooz-Ium and The Last Airbender.
