Biography:
Summer Glau was born on July 24, 1981 in San Antonio, Texas, USA. She has been a ballerina most of her life. She had her debut in a variety of commercials and a guest appearance on The WB’s Angel in 1999.
Her guest appearance in Angel caught the attention of director Joss Whedon, who later cast her as River Tam in the acclaimed TV series Firefly in 2002.
She reprised her role for the show’s feature film sequel Serenity in 2005. In 2008, she played the role of Cameron Phillips in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles.
