Bollywood actress Tamanna Bhatia began her career with the 2005 film Chand Sa Roshan Chehra. After this, she ventured into Telugu cinema with the movie Sri, as well as in the Tamil cinema with Kedi. Bhatia has since established herself as a successful Tamil film actress with roles in Ayan, Paiyaa, Siruthai, Veeram, Dharma Durai, Devi, Sketch, and many others.
She also starred in various Telugu films, such as 100% Love, Racha, Thadaka, Baahubali: The Beginning, Bengal Tiger, Oopiri, and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion. In 2019, she starred in the Telugu films F2 – Fun and Frustration and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. In 2013, she starred in the Hindi film Himmatwala. Other Hindi film roles included Humshakals, Entertainment, and Baahubali: The Beginning, which became a huge box-office hit.
For her performance, she was nominated for Best Actress – Telugu at the 63rd Filmfare Awards South. Meanwhile, her performance in the 2016 Tamil film Devi got her a Filmfare nomination for Best Actress – Tamil. Bhatia has also appeared in Kannada films with special appearances in Jaguar and K.G.F: Chapter 1. More recently, the actress starred in the Hindi movie Khamoshi, as well as in the Telugu films Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy and Sarileru Neekevvaru.
Tamanna Bhatia stays in shape with a proper diet and an active lifestyle. She keeps her workout routine simple and consistent, thinking of her fitness regimen as part of her day-to-day. “You need to always find time to do what makes you happy. Fitness is one of those things. It creates a feel-good aura around you,” said the actress.
“My fitness regime consists of weights, abs, crunches, cardio, and a series of freehand exercises. I spend at least an hour in the gym, apart from [doing] yoga or swimming in the morning. Sometimes [I also do] Pilates and aerobics.”
