Taylor Spreitler first acted as Chloe Sellers in an episode of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit titled “Pure”. This was in 2005. Two years later, she appeared in the short film All Souls Day. She later landed the part of Mia McCormick in the soap opera Days of Our Lives, a role she played from 2009 to 2010. Though she only stayed on the show for about a year, it gained her notice nevertheless.
After this, she got the part of Lennox Scanlon in the sitcom Melissa & Joey, which gained her further recognition as a TV actress. The show aired on ABC Family from 2010 to 2015 and is her most prominent TV role so far. Simultaneously, she ventured a career in the movies, first appearing in 2012’s 3 Day Test. She next played the role of McKenzie Chase in the film The Contractor.
The actress also starred in the TV movies Stalked at 17 and Category 5, as well as guest-starred in Criminal Minds and Bones. After Melissa & Joey, she played recurring character Mia in the Hulu series Casual. She then got the role of Kendra Gable in the CBS sitcom Kevin Can Wait, a role she played from 2016 to 2018. While on the show, she starred as Marissa in the supernatural horror film Amityville: The Awakening. Her latest movie role was in the 2018 direct-to-video movie Leprechaun Returns.
Apart from a healthy diet, which has since helped her lose weight, the TV and film actress maintain her shape through exercise. Even with her busy schedule, she makes efforts to work out. She tries her best to apply consistency in her fitness regimen. The Taylor Spreitler workout routine combines cardio, circuit training, yoga, and Pilates. In an interview, the actress also dished on how she loves Pilates, which she also considers her go-to workout. “It’s so relaxing and so good for you,” said Spreitler.
