Biography:

Tiera Skovbye was born on May 6, 1995 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. She started her career at a young age. When she was 12, she made her debut in the TV series Painkiller Jane. She next had one-time roles in Kaya, Supernatural, and The Troop. In 2012, she made her film debut in Girl in Progress.

That same year, she had a role in the straight-to-video movie A Christmas Story 2. Afterward, she had a 2-episode role in R. L. Stine’s The Haunting Hour. The rest of the 2010s were mostly guest appearances and roles in TV films until 2017 when she started playing Polly Cooper in Riverdale. She also played Margot/Robin in Once Upon a Time. In 2018, she had roles in 3 films: Summer of ’84, Midnight Sun, and The Miracle Season.
