Tim Guinee is an American actor whose career spans decades since the 1980s. The following decade, he had roles in such films as Men of War, Courage Under Fire, How to Make an American Quilt, and Blade. From 1999 to 2002, he starred as Capt. Paul Turner in the TV series Strange World. After this, he mostly played recurring and guest parts on the small screen. He also had performances in the movies Iron Man, Fragments, and AmericanEast, to name a few. He then starred as Ben Matheson in the NBC series Revolution. Guinee became further known for his television roles in the 2010s. He played Andrew Wiley in The Good Wife, Collis Huntington in Hell on Wheels, Dean McNally in Elementary, and Scott Ryan in Homeland.
