He came to wider prominence for his role as Tracy Jordan in the NBC sitcom 30 Rock, which he starred in from 2006 to 2013. He simultaneously hosted the show Scare Tactics. As of 2018, he stars as Tray Barker in the TBS comedy series The Last O.G.
