Trisha Krishnan is an Indian actress. She mainly works in Tamil and Telugu cinema. In 1999, she debuted in the Tamil film Jodi. After several roles in Tamil movies, she was praised for her performance in the 2004 Telugu film Varsham. For her work, she won the Filmfare Award for Best Actress – Telugu. She was again acclaimed for her performance in the film Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana. She went on to star in various Tamil and Telugu features. In 2007, she starred in Aadavari Matalaku Arthale Verule.
