Biography:

Victoria Cartagena was born on February 14, 1985 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She finished an education degree from Penn State University. She later trained as an actress by attending the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. She started acting in many stage productions. In 2006, she made her television debut as Zoe Lopez in the TV drama The Bedford Diaries.

In the next couple of years, she made guest roles in such TV shows as Kidnapped, Army Wivesm Unforgettable, and Blue Bloods, among others. Later in 2014, she starred as Renee Montoya in the Fox series Gotham, gaining her wider recognition. More recently, she played the recurring role of Lourdes in Manifest. She then starred as Amanda in the TV drama Almost Family, which ended in 2020.
