Biography:

Vin Diesel was born on July 18, 1967 in New York City, New York. He first gained notice for his role in Steven Spielberg’s Saving Private Ryan in 1998.

The following year, he played the title character in the animation film The Iron Giant, which received positive reviews for his voice work.

He then attained action hero stardom with his starring roles in such films as The Fast and the Furious and xXx. His other film work includes The Chronicles of Riddick, The Pacifier, Babylon A.D., Fast Five and Fast & Furious 6.
