Biography:

Vinessa Antoine was born on July 21, 1983 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. When she was four, she began her ballet training. In her later life, she attended the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. She ultimately started a professional dance career where she toured with rapper P. Diddy. In the 2000s, she decided to pursue acting full-time.

She appeared as Monica in 3 episodes of the TV series Soul Food. She later had one-time roles on ReGenesis and The Unit. Her first notable role was as Evidence ‘Evi’ Ryan on Haven. From 2009-2011, she starred as Judith Winter on Being Erica, as well as played Nicole on Heartland. She became further known for her role as Jordan Ashford on General Hospital.
