She also had a recurring part as Nicole in the long-running series Heartland.
But her biggest role on television to date was as Jordan Ashford in the medical soap opera General Hospital. She was part of the series’ main cast from 2014 to 2018. Vinessa Antoine takes care of her body by focusing on nutrient-rich foods. “For breakfast, I like something hearty: oatmeal or a smoothie or a couple of eggs — something that will fill me up,” shared the actress. Smoothies are also her go-to snacks to fuel up her body. ” I do frozen bananas to get the consistency right, almond milk, some type of yogurt, and frozen berries and a scoop of protein [powder].
