Biography:

Winter Ave Zoli was born in 1980 New Hope, Pennsylvania, U.S. She studied middle school and high school at the International School of Prague. She first studied ballet, later switching to musical theatre.

She attended the Carnegie-Mellon summer school theater program when she was 17 and by the age of 19, studied acting at the Atlantic Theater Company in New York City. Following her graduation, she moved to Los Angeles.

She made her television debut in an episode of the series The Scarlet Pimpernel in 1999. That same year, she made her film debut with the movie Flawless. She then gained fame for her role as Lyla in the series Sons of Anarchy.
