Biography:

Yana Gupta was born on April 23, 1980 in Brno, Czech Republic. After studying and graduating with a degree in Park Architecture and Gardening, she left for Japan where she modeled for some time.

She then traveled to India where she married Satyakam Gupta and relocated to Pune, Maharashtra, India. After her marriage, she continued modeling in ad campaigns for such companies as Limca, MTV and Lakme.

In 2003, she made her Bollywood debut with an item number in the film Dum. She has since appeared in other films like Manmadhan, Gharshana, Rakht, Chalo Dilli, Murder 2 and Stand By.
