Hollywood star Yvonne Strahovski started acting in 2004, debuting in the Australian show Double the Fist. She next starred as Freya Lewis in the drama series headLand. Afterward, she made her film debut in Gone. Pursuing a career in Hollywood, she landed the female lead role of Sarah Walker in the NBC series Chuck, which she played from 2007-2012. For her role, she won a Teen Choice and TV Guide awards. She simultaneously starred in the films The Plex, The Canyon, I Love You Too and Matching Jack. Following her stint in Chuck, she played recurring character Hannah McKay in the Showtime series Dexter.

For her performance, she received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Drama Series.
Apart from her clean diet plan, the Aussie beauty takes care of her body and overall well-being with regular exercise. “I’m a big believer in exercise,” said the actress. However, she also admitted that she’s not into working out in gyms as many people do. She stays active by doing outdoor activities, something that’s fun and won’t make her feel like she’s exercising. “I’m not a gym girl, though. I’ve never had a gym membership. I’d rather go hiking or surfing, which is a very new thing for me. It’s only been about two months, but I’m in love with it,” Strahovski said.
