Biography:

Zana Marjanović was born on May 31, 1983 in Sarajevo, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia. She attended the Academy of Performing Arts in Sarajevo where she studied acting.

Her film debut was in the 2003 Bosnian feature Ljeto u zlatnoj dolini (Summer in the Golden Valley). She then gained fame for her role in the television series Lud, zbunjen, normalan, which she played from 2007 to 2010.

She went on to receive further fame for her work in the 2008 film Snijeg (Snow). In 2011, she played the female lead in Angelina Jolie’s directorial debut In the Land of Blood and Honey.
