Hollywood actress Zoë Kravitz started her acting career in the mid 2000s. During her early years, she appeared in the films No Reservations, The Brave One, Assassination of a High School President, and Birds of America. She continued her prolific film career with roles in Twelve, Beware the Gonzo, and It’s Kind of a Funny Story. She then portrayed Angel Salvadore in X-Men: First Class. Around the same time, she appeared as Pearl in eight episodes of Californication. She next starred in the high-profile films After Earth, Divergent and its sequels, Mad Max: Fury Road, and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. In addition, she starred as Bonnie Carlson on the HBO miniseries Big Little Lies.
The 29-year-old actress apparently takes care of herself and her overall health with her slender and toned figure. She mostly practices a healthy diet, avoiding junk foods. She steers clear of foods that are high in sugar and sodium. She starts her day with a healthy breakfast, saying: “A perfect breakfast is eggs over easy with toast and avocado. If I’m making it at home, I’ll do a bowl with quinoa and egg and avocado and sriracha.” The actress also shared how she was raised as a vegan.
She shared: “My mom would always make quinoa with squash and kale, hippie stuff like that. Now I eat meat, but I try to be conscious about where it’s coming from. But I stick to mostly vegan health food just because it’s how I grew up.” She also eats healthy foods for snacks: “I’ll usually have a snack like wasabi chips with avocado or almond butter on toast. Juice Press is great for snacks too, and they’re everywhere in the city now. I order their Volcano drink, and I’m obsessed with their marinated kale salad.”
